Introduction

Mike on Money Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mike on Money related to appointment reminders, follow-up messages, service updates, promotions, and account notifications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to end. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service Description

Canaccord Genuity LLC, doing business as Mike on Money (Mike on Money), provides financial advisory services, including investment management and related planning services, to help clients work toward their financial goals.

Regulatory Information

Mike on Money is a trade name of Canaccord Genuity LLC and operates through Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, a division of Canaccord Genuity Corp. Canaccord Genuity Corp. is a Member of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and a Member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF).

Responsibility for Content

Clients are responsible for the content and information they provide to us, including sensitive information. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates our terms and conditions.

Platform Operational Responsibilities

We are committed to providing timely and effective support to our clients. Support requests submitted through our designated channels are typically responded to within 24 hours. We aim to resolve all issues promptly but resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

Confidentiality

Mike on Money is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information. We will only use client information for the purpose of providing our services and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law or applicable regulatory obligations.

Payment Terms

Clients must pay for services in accordance with the fee structure and payment schedule agreed upon at the time of engagement. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time, with or without cause. Clients will be responsible for fees accrued up until the date of termination.

Billing and Payments

Purchases are due and payable in full by you upon billing. Charges must be paid in full notwithstanding request for verification of items. Delinquent accounts will be subject to interest, late fees, suspension, or termination of services without notice. All charges will be deemed final and binding unless disputed in writing within sixty (60) days of the billing date.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact us within sixty (60) days of the date of the bill containing the disputed charge. Refunds or adjustments will not be issued for any charge that is more than sixty (60) days old at the time you notify us. You may withhold the disputed portion of any bill pending resolution. You must pay all non-disputed charges by the due date indicated on the bill.

Discounts and Promotions

Unless we advise otherwise, any discount, promotion or additional benefit offered as part of an engagement applies only during the initial period and will not apply after that period expires, after a change of service package, or after renewal or cancellation. All discounts and promotions are subject to change, and we retain the right to end any promotion at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Mike on Money will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits or data, except as prohibited by applicable law. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mike on Money from any claims arising from the use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, or as otherwise required by applicable Canadian law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Age Restriction (18+)

Mike on Money services, including SMS communications, are intended only for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. By using our services or opting in to receive SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mike on Money reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in a timely manner. Continued use of our services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
